VHS Tape Digital Transfer
The home movies you shot years ago on VHS or Hi-8 videotape are fading away. We can preserve your precious memories by transferring them to Digital Video Discs.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
I. Upon execution of this contract a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve the date. The balance due must be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding date.
II. Darno DeJohnette Productions (DDP), upon your signature, reserves the time and date agreed upon: and will therefore, make no other reservations for this time and date. To this effect, the retainer fee is non-refundable (1) if the wedding is cancelled for any reason, (2) if you change your mind for any reason, or (3) if the wedding date is changed.
a) If the wedding is cancelled, or, you change your mind for any reason after the balance is paid (within 30 days of the wedding date), the balance is also non-refundable.
b) If the date is changed for any reason after the balance is paid, then the client shall pay another retainer fee and the balance shall be applied to the new date.
c) You will have 72 hours after signing this contract to cancel it without forfeiting the retainer. If you contact DDP within the allotted grace period, 80% of the retainer will be refunded.
III. It is understood and agreed that DDP is the sole and exclusive videographer at this event. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras provided they do not interfere with or impede the professional coverage of DDP. It is the responsibility of the client to advise guests of this provision.
IV. DDP makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied, with regard to the aesthetic qualities of the completed video, and therefore; videos are delivered to the client on an as-is basis.
a) Any revisions made to the video (with the exception of typographical errors) shall be billed at the rate of $100 per hour (with a 1 hour minimum).
b) With the exception of the wedding ceremony enhancement lighting will be used when needed to improve picture quality. DDP will not assume responsibility for picture quality when enhancement lighting is NOT permitted.
V. DDP will not be held liable if photographers or church or synagogue officials prevent DDP from videotaping. Furthermore, DDP shall not be held liable for loss coverage due to equipment theft. It is the client's responsibility to secure and restrict access to areas where DDP video equipment is used or stored.
VI. DDP will be granted a one half hour dinner break, during which time no video will be recorded. It is up to you to coordinate the timing with the DJ and wedding planner.
VII. Because of the varying seasonal workload inherent in wedding videography, DDP cannot guarantee a delivery date for videos.
VIII. DDP will take utmost care to produce a video of excellent quality. However, DDP will not be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including (but not limited to) power failure and inclement weather conditions. If taping is prevented due to such occurrences, all but the retainer fee will be refunded.
IX. Under any and all circumstances, DDP's liability shall be limited to the amount of the package price plus applicable taxes.
X. DDP reserves the right to use portions of the video to promote its services via any means of communication that it deems necessary and appropriate (including website video demos).
XI. DDP considers its product to be one of artistic expression and therefore will not tape subject matter that it, in its sole discretion, considers objectionable. Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the sole discretion of DDP.
XII. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform DDP of any technical problems with the video within seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed satisfied with the product. Due to inconsistencies inherent in DVD technology, DDP will not guarantee that all DVD's shall play in all DVD players.
XIII. With the exception of Paragraph X, the terms and conditions of this contract are not negotiable.
XIV. By submitting this Electronic Signature you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this contract.
The Perfect Wedding Memory Package

#3. The Pre-Ceremony – documents the bride and groom as they prepare for their wedding day.
#4. The Ceremony – is recorded with two (2) unobtrusive cameras to provide professional coverage – wireless microphone is used to clearly record the wedding official and the vows. No lights will ever be used during the ceremony.
#5. The Formal – highlights the bridal party, maids and groomsmen during the formal photo session following the ceremony.
#6. The Reception – is covered with one (1) camera and all the key events are captured with cut-away and close-up shots. Camera lights may be used when lighting is dim. As not to make the guests feel uncomfortable, guest interviews will not be performed unless requested by the couple.
#7. The Highlights – shows the day’s events recapped in a four (4) minute movie-style video (set to music) featuring all the best clips.
#8. Six (6) fully edited DVDs – complete with chapters and titles – in jewel cases
